At Defy Gravity we believe everyone should feel welcomed and part of our community, whilst being taught correct technique and being safely supported in each class. Being a boutique studio means you are not just a number in a large class but a valued member of a smaller sized class so you can get equal time and attention with your teacher, leading to personalised instructions and corrections.

We like to use our background of dance and gymnastic training to create drills and exercises in every class to increase our students strength and overall technique. Rather than just learning a trick, we want our students to be able to develop the correct muscles to safely achieve and perfect a trick with no injury.

We are a student focussed studio and constantly ask our students for feedback so we can design our classes to their goals, get input into song choices and ultimately want our students to feel part of the studio.

We also understand the cost of living stress and offer a variety of flexible payment options to help our students with their budgets.
